Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under the law. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions as listed below, then it would be better to avoid buying any products and contact with Greenblue Outdoors Ltd for further explanations. All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. 

You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You have to be 18 or older to purchase from the website. 

We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. 

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. We will notify you by eMail within hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an eMail within 24 hours of completing a purchase order, we are deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

1. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Through PAYPAL only.

2. Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item to another preferred product of same value. If you do not wish to change your product with another one, we will give you a voucher with the corresponting amount or refund the amount paid in the same way you paid.

3. Cancellation

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day of receipt of  the items only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice .

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

· Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. 

· Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

· We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers

4. Withdrawal

During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PAY PAL you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.

5. Order Procedure

The order procedure is achieved through several steps. Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.

a.Choose the products you want to buy and then click the “Shopping cart”. The product you have chosen has been placed in your cart. Then you can continue your shopping or click on the “Shopping cart”.

b. In the shopping cart there are your chosen products which you can delete from the list, add or reduce the quantity of each product. At the Shopping cart you can calculate the delivery cost through the tool “calculate shipping & taxes” and added in the total amount of the order appearing at the bottom of the page. When you finish you can proceed to the “Purchase” or leave the Shopping cart clicking “Continue Tour”

c. In the purchase form there are six simple steps as given below :

Step 1: Purchase options: if you are not already logged in to your account then you will be asked to Login or to create an account to proceed. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds. You will be able to make any changes you like to your personal data and check your transactions history through the “My Account”.

Step 2: Billing details:  in this step you have to choose one of the existing addresses or add new billing address. In that address will be sent any receipts that would need to be sent by post.

Step 3: Delivery details: Here you select one of the existing addresses or add new delivery address. In this address your order will be delivered.

Step 4: Delivery method:  You have to choose the delivery method and check the cost you will be charged. The delivery cost can be calculated (weighted based) and before the buying process, if you have already done that, just go to the next step.

Step 5: Payment method: select one of the payment methods and add comment if you like and proceed to the next step. But you proceed to the next step only after you accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the box.

Step 6: Order confirmation: In last step you can check summarily the products of the order and you can proceed to the ”Order Confirmation”, and by proceeding then you chose as a payment method “Paypal” and after your order confirmation you will be directed to the secure Paypal gateway website to pay your order. You will receive an email confirming your order and all the information after successful payment.  In all the above steps the customer can return and change at the previous step  by clicking button modify.

d.      If the payment was successful then we will proceed to implement the order  and accept your order payment  (by accepting the order payment a purchase with the name Greenblue Outdoots Ltd will appear on your statement). If for some reason your payment by credit card was not accepted or you chose cash upon delivery on the payment method, we will contact you or you can immediately contact the administrator to settle your payment and start the implementation of the order. The customer can continuously be informed for his order updates and the history/statistics of his account transactions through his personal account. All Greenblue Outdoots Ltd customer orders, achieved in company’s program, where are marked the products, products codes, analytical order costs and more information. Storing this information allows the customer to have future access to his orders through his account.

5a. Taxes and other Fees

All taxes, shipping or delivery fees will be mentioned before the final Order Confirmation.

5b. Order Procedure Cancellation

Any client can stop the ordering procedure at any time by just exiting greenblueoutdoors.com website and this must be happened before Order Confirmation step.

6.Fraud Prevention 

In order to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions, we may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. We also reserve the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. In the event that we choose not to ship an item, you will be notified by eMail and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

7. Legal

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law:  L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law:  L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Communication Languages

Any communication must be performed in the English  language,  otherwise Green Blue Outdoors Limited will not be able to provide any service or support.

9. Trademark Notice

All product names, trademarks, service marks or other images in this web site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Green Blue Outdoors Limited, and the use thereof without the express written consent of the owner(s) thereof is strictly prohibited. All other product names contained on this web site may be trademarks or service marks of other persons.
