This floss-like soft yarn is used for classic pop-up and Ronnie Rig type hook feeders. It is prepared by passing the yarn through the micro ring found on the hook shank, then fixing the floating boilie to it, finally burning shortly with a lighter the approx. 1.5-2 cm thread end. The melting thread is to be slightly flattened while still soft, so it can function as stopper after getting solid. The yarn is almost imperceptible to fish.
