The SPRO Fillet gloves offer fantastic protection when you’re filleting a fish. The glove is made from a mix of stainless steel wire and polyester fibres which offer fantastic levels of ‘blade cut resistance’. Our gloves are tested to EU standards (EN 388:2016 + A1:2018) and offer a 254X level of performance.
